JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture Elika's relationships with its buyer's and renter's. This includes meeting with potential buyer's and renter's, greeting drop-ins and responding to inquiries, as well as maintaining personal networks.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Study listings, preview properties, participate in educational opportunities, join local real estate organizations and read industry publications.
  • Close real estate sales. Match buyers with compatible properties, showing property, perform comparable market analysis, negotiating offers, and suggesting changes.


QUALIFICATIONS:
New York Real Estate license required and previous sales experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency and the flexibility to work on weekends.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. etc. is a plus.

LICENSES: Candidate must already be Licensed, or enrolled in Real Estate licensing class in New York State.
