The Elika Buyers' Confidence Survey has been designed to give buyers a voice in the New York housing market.  

Investors, homeowners, real estate brokers, developers and the media can now better understand the needs and wants of prospective buyers in a changing market.  

The Elika Buyers' Confidence Survey results will be published quarterly with a detailed overview and analysis. 

The Elika Buyers' Confidence Survey will provide insight into the real estate habits of Generation X, Y, baby boomers and seniors, detailing their views on the housing market, future real estate plans and buying preferences.
